The BITSTREAM is a minnow recommended for stream anglers
who find conventional minnows unsatisfactory. Designed for accurate
performance in free-flowing water, it is proud of its reliability
to swim right back to your feet without giving you any feel of heaviness
during reeling-in in strong currents or jumping up in complex flow
patterns. With the BITSTREAM you can target all the proud fish-eaters
lurking in free-flowing water such as monster trout, salmon, cherry
salmon, and sea bass that live in rivers.

The BITSTREAM SALTWATER MODEL is provided
for the main stream of rivers where there is thick brackish water,
the period of spring tide changes, and straits with complex current
patterns. The hook is one size larger than that specified for the
BITSTREAM, and a super-tough ST46 is normally fitted. By the addition
of a little more weight, its performance and stability in saltwater
areas has also been improved.

The "d" in d-80 stands for "drifting." Itﾕs a lure
designed for bays with many man-made structures. The optimal way to
use it is to position it to swim in a location with complicated currents,
and pull it up as soon as the slightest bite of a sea bass is felt.
It has the ability to drift for a long period in bay areas where the
salinity level varies due to river influxes and drainage systems.
Two models are available, with a 0.1g weight difference.
